Dementia & Alzheimer Companion is a mobile application that can be used to organize, your watchlists. These are the terms of service for using Dementia & Alzheimer Companion. Using Dementia & Alzheimer Companion means you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as our privacy policy.

Dementia & Alzheimer Companion reserves the right to modify or replace any of these terms by updating this document. It is your responsibility to check these terms of service periodically for changes. Your continued use of Dementia & Alzheimer Companion following any changes to these terms of service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Intellectual property

Dementia & Alzheimer Companion graphics, logos, designs and name may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

Release and indemnity

Dementia & Alzheimer Companion is provided on an “as is, as available” basis. Dementia & Alzheimer Companion expressly disclaims all warranties and responsibilities related to the use of or the reliance on its services, contents and resources, as well as those of any third parties.

As a condition of use, you agree not to use Dementia & Alzheimer Companion for any purpose that is unlawful, prohibited by these terms or any other purpose not reasonably intended by the developers.

Dementia & Alzheimer Companion should not be used or relied upon for storage of your data. You are directed to use its features to export and retain your own copies of any information.

Dementia & Alzheimer Companion may give you access to third party services or resources. When you access or use these services and resources, you do so at your own risk. You acknowledge and agree that Dementia & Alzheimer Companion is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any result of the use of or reliance on these services and resources.

You hereby expressly and irrevocably release and forever discharge Dementia & Alzheimer Companion and its developers of and from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, liability, debts, judgments, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity which you ever had, now have, or hereafter can, shall or may have, for or by reason of, or arising directly or indirectly out of your use of the application and its services or resources, as well as those of any third parties.
